We have 3 different studio sizes, all cleverly optimized according to small housing principles. 

Each comes equipped with an Italian design bed / bureau solution to combine space to work and live with a queen size bed. With only 29 apartments in the building, shared spaces for those who feel like meeting others and a carefully crafted outside area, you get the real boutique experience.
